(I) Producer or any other person or entity involved in the development, production, distribution or other exploitation of the reality-based program currently entitled “Carnival Catwalk” (the “Program”) or any variation thereof;
(ii) Carnival Catwalk Limited, SGP Studios Limited, Pavilion Entertainment Limited, Pavilion Entertainment, LLC or any of their respective licensees, assigns, parent subsidiary and affiliated entitles (e.g. Guardian Media Group), or affiliated or subsidiary companies, or any division or agent of any of them;
(iii) Any sponsor of the Program or its advertising agency; or
(iv) Any person or entity supplying goods, services or prizes (as applicable) to the Program.
